1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by svip at svip.network, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered members, and users of svip. They form a legally binding agreement between you and the platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the svip platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. svip does not knowingly permit access to individuals under the age of 18.
Additionally, you must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with applicable local regulations. svip reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each member may hold only one registered account on the svip platform. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. svip will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep login details secure.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the svip platform, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular users.
- You will not engage in collusion with other players or attempt to disadvantage other members through coordinated play.
- You will not abuse promotional offers or attempt to circumvent bonus terms through multiple accounts or false identities.
- You accept that svip may monitor account activity and take appropriate action — including suspension or permanent closure — if any of the above conduct is detected.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on the svip platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through the payment channels listed in the Deposit section of the platform. It is your responsibility to use only payment methods registered in your own name.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction. svip does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account may be reviewed.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending review. svip reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking or e-wallet procedures outside the platform's control.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
svip provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain consistent uptime, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
The platform does not guarantee any specific outcome from gaming activity. Online gaming involves risk, and no financial returns are promised or implied. Members participate at their own discretion and risk.
All content on the svip platform — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of svip or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
svip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms and Conditions, failure to provide requested verification documents, or behaviour that is harmful to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any pending balances may be withheld pending investigation.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Please note that self-exclusion options are also available through the Responsible Gaming section if you wish to take a break from gaming.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with your use of the svip platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
